Extraction of results - New version

This file is the master file for the production of the standard output for the model results. It takes as an input a 6_results.g00 file and produces a GDX output file.

Pass the %output_name% compile-time variable to set the name of the GDX and optional CSV output file (without extension). Pass the %csv% compile-time variable set to 1 to generate CSV output on Windows.

7a_output_results.gms generates output at the native regional level. 7b_output_ag.gms aggregates the results. 7c_output_GGIG.gms generates output without scenario dimensions for easier scenario run comparison in the GGIG GUI.
