Aggregates the spatially explicit data to the final resolution level
desired for the model. You can choose between:

  - fullresolution: country + grid + Homogeneous Response Unit (HRU) definition
    (COUNTRY, ALLCOLROW, Alticlass, Slpclass, Soilclass)
  - LUIDresolution: only country + grid (COUNTRY, ALLCOLROW, 'Alti_any', 'Slp_any', 'Soil_any')
  - HRUresolution
  - CNTresolution

Choose by commenting-in the corresponding ``$setglobal`` definition.

This script can take a long time to run.
